DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the Buyer's access to the Seller's www.catzkids.com The purpose of this is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales prices are specified below, which the customer ordered electronically through the website.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read and is aware of the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the contractual product, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, the full commercial title of the Seller, contact information and right of withdrawal and has confirmed it electronically.

4.2 The product will be delivered within 30 days of the Buyer's order. Except for force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the product cannot be delivered late.

4.3 Delivery will be made to the Buyer's specified address via a contracted courier company. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller's liability ends.

4.4 The Seller is not obliged to deliver the product until the product price is paid in full.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the Seller within this period or to hello@catzkids.com An e-mail must be sent to the address.

5.3 If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the return address specified by the Seller within 7 days . The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5.4 The packaging of the product to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be intact, unused and resalable.

ARTICLE 6 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products specially produced or personalized in line with the Buyer's requests,

  • Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, personal care products, opened food products).

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
7.1 Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or money transfer/EFT.
7.2 Delivery will be made via the contracted cargo company. Delivery costs will be notified to the Buyer at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are competent within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey, and the Consumer Courts are competent for disputes above these limits.

ARTICLE 9 – ENFORCEMENT
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This agreement shall enter into force upon electronic confirmation.
